Food was great but I didn’t gravitate towards my ramen like I expected. The chicken was good but needed sauce; my server gave me a wonderful spicy mayo sauce and it was great. The egg sandwich and the devil egg… 10/10!!! Edamame is a very good appetizer! The HH oysters were fresh. Overall a very good and great experience.
As the group next to us said “this place feels like it belongs lower on the island” It’s a chic, neighborhood option. Every bar seat is taken by 6pm, so go early if you can! Great happy hour options on the food menu, including non-fishy, high quality oysters. Everything is high quality. Easy first date, any date spot.
Had NR on our list to go to for ages and finally snagged a reservation! Did not disappoint. Food, cocktails, service all top notch. We got a few baos and the deviled eggs to start, followed with Sapporo ramen and the Katsu special. (Was also very nice that they asked if we wanted to baos cut in half to share.) We ate early and was packed by the time we left! Will be back :)
